Even though marketing is not my area I’m curious on how we are part of it in many ways without knowing it, to me is almost impressive that tik tok is a powerful tool to consider for 2023 and currently used already by many companies as their strategy, hard to imagine when I’m not tik tok user.
This changes in the importance of platforms make us get out of our social media comfort zone, it is very hard to keep updated in the use of emerging communication platforms and others that has been for long time but for some reasons we haven’t tried, I feel quite obsolete in some way.
I’m going to take a time to carefully analyze the report, it is very useful this data that might help a lot in my area.
Considero que existe una excelente fuente potencial de talento en perfiles afines a nuestra industria, tales como arquitectura, diseño industrial, comunicaciones además de todas las de ingeniería civil, sistemas computacionales, etc.
Coincido totalmente con @Susana Alvarez Vitale , la formación del staff “sub 20 y sub 23” , algunos de ellos en ocasiones traen mucho más empuje que cualquiera y es indispensable que se sume este tipo de capital a la industria, es esencial en cada quipo, me toco ser de esa selcción cuando comencé en esto.
El desafío para lograr éxito con las nuevas generaciones es mutuo, tanto la industria de la vieja escuela debe abrir los oídos como los jóvenes poner atención y rescatar lo valioso que destaco en épocas anteriores
