Inglés avanzado Conocimientos en: PC con paquetes de oficina: Word, Excel (intermedio), Power Point, manejo de plataformas y navegadores web, base de datos en la nube. Dominio de los diferentes sistemas operativos iOS y Windows. Conocimientos sólidos de Sistemas AV. Familiaridad con aplicaciones de escritorio remotas y software de soporte técnico. Certificaciones deseables en Microsoft, Cisco, Linux o tecnologías similares. Funciones: Proveer soporte y capacitación a nivel usuario en el uso de los sistemas AV.       Realizar inspecciones preventivas o revisiones de funcionalidad de rutina. Diagnóstico, aislamiento y solución de fallas de los sistemas reportados por el cliente. Revisión de la funcionalidad del sistema completo. Elaborar reportes de estatus de las salas y seguimiento interno con el equipo administrativo a garantías o reparaciones. Coordinar y/o comunicarse con el área de tecnología, compañeros del área o proveedores para soporte remoto o en sitio cuando se requiera. Capacitarse continuamente y de manera autónoma en las marcas comerciales, herramientas de diagnóstico, funcionalidad de los equipos que componen las soluciones implementadas de los diferentes proyectos.
