Life is miserable without work. But when work is soulless, life suffocates and dies. If all businesses are to be real businesses, then perhaps all offices should be studios. If fostering creativity is the goal for business, then the work environment should offer a more collaborative atmosphere. The creative economy needs independent thinkers who have the freedom and ability to think creatively.
@Jiří Plátek When it comes to digital collaboration, feedback is so important! Allowing for hybrid work and remote work has helped others to find jobs outside of location limits and can increase that sense of autonomy, but these are some important aspects to keep in mind with such work as well. While not everything can be done outside of an office, it really provides some freedom on things that don't always need you to come into the office for. Thank you for providing those infographics which break down the information in such a visual way. Can't wait to see your next post!
@Iulia Popescu The sentence was created by simile. Imagine the naming of meeting rooms today. Most of the time, organizations name them half after the name of cities, half after the name of trees, after the name of colors.... I once thought why not name meeting rooms like atelier/studio, study room, library, laboratory
Atelier/studio - for creative work in a team Study room - for focused work Library - for meeting the community Laboratory - for strategic meetings of cross teams
...
Each of these listed spaces must be properly designed: audio and video technology, furniture, acoustics, lighting... so that we can carry out the expected work scenarios in them.

@Iulia PopescuFor example, you can look forward to a post about why you like your job and whether it is possible? How to achieve this and what role the human brain plays in it. Or why is it necessary to redefine, re-design, re-configure WORK?

Such thought-provoking piece @Jiří Plátek ! From your perspective, do you have any understanding on the impact to employer budgets for traditional office vs. deploying staff tech "anywhere?"
@Lisa Matthews, CTS It will be different in every organization. Why? Because it is about the effect of corporate culture. On purpose, why, how, what people want to achieve and change in the future of work. The future of work provides diversity, flexibility, variety in the way and scenarios of work. I don't have budget analysis available, but technology as a tool can significantly enhance human potential. To properly define the future of work, we need to understand where we have been, where we are now, where we will be and how we will get there. Once we understand this connection, we can use technology to implement the necessary changes.
