No shocker – everyone is facing workforce shortages. While AVIXA has continued to make resources available including regular market intelligence briefings, training, student memberships and constant conversations, I personally always want to ask what companies are doing directly/locally to address. Erica and Wayne have some creative tips (including hiring outside of the industry - check out min 3:50), and common-sense benefits they are applying to make it work.
