I believe marketing should do more than make noise. It should make it matter.
Whether it’s driving demand, building brand heat, or giving sales teams something real to run with, I’m here to make sure marketing actually moves the needle.
At CTI, I lead a team of people who give a damn about results and relationships. From Pro AV to broadcast, mission critical spaces, and beyond, we create campaigns that build trust and drive growth. No cold DMs. No gimmicks. Just work that works.
What drives me?
The endurance mindset. I’m an athlete, a coach, and someone who believes showing up when it’s hard is what makes it count.
Let’s build something that lasts.
If you care about people, growth, leadership, or building brands that actually work, I’m all ears.
Theater safety expert. Decades of experience in live events, touring, AVL design for performing arts spaces and educational venues.
As Content Manager, I develop both in-person and digital programs for AVIXA. I'm always looking for new content ideas that highlight topics and trends of importance to the AV industry, particularly in the areas of Content Production and Streaming, Learning and Live Events. My favorite part of my job is finding cool immersive experiences for our tours during InfoComm. Contact me at mwalsh@avixa.org with your thoughts.
I've seen AV change and grow, from the days of ticker tape running through slide projector controllers, through the advent of multi projector shows (who remembers Spindler and Sauppe?!) to a certain Bill Gates.. and through to today.. What a journey!! And I'm still as passionate about the industry as the 20 year old that started all those years ago.. Happy to talk to anyone about the 'good ol' days' as well as the fabulous and amazing NOW!!!
I lead the team at JacobsMassey providing Audio Visual recruitment & Digital Production services throughout the UK and Europe. "Teaching my skills and my knowledge, sharing my experience with other people, is an unmatchable feeling I don't want to miss again. And, however, to teach or instruct others in our field, you always find new questions and a new point of view. You should never stop learning!" I'm very involved in the AV/IT convergence, specialised in digital video and in IT networks. Since 2010 member of the CTS technical committee and also lecturer in private and governmental universities of applied science in Germany.
