Thanks for sharing this @Alissa Haksar. No one wants to start a new position only to learn that there are underlying issues. I once casually noted to an interviewer that there was a minor glitch on their website pertaining to the application process. The interviewer promptly stood, went to the doorway of the adjacent office, and berated its occupant for all to hear. Red flags! I felt terrible and ended the interview as quickly as I could. Since then, I've paid close attention to how people speak to one another and what the feel is like in an office (when you have the opportunity to meet in person).
