Interesting conversation today at Future Tech Meetup with @Sanj Surati and @Chanan Averbuch.

Chanan shared a familiar story about a half-a-million-dollar LED wall being turned off because no one on the team wanted to be responsible for updating the content. 

Key takeaway for me was the human element in two ways:

1) Understand the client's needs. Take time to know them. The tech needs to help them accomplish goals. 

2) Embrace challenges and adapting. Instead of playing a blame game, jump and show your value to the client by figuring out a solution. That makes you valuable!
