Audio Video Engineer, lighting designer, video conferencing, streaming technician, hotelier, IT security specialist, technical supervisor, intetrgator.
I’ve spent the past 20 years in the live events industry, with experience spanning video, labor management, and show calling. After starting in video and growing into leadership roles, I spent seven years freelancing as a show caller and producer, which gave me the opportunity to work across a wide range of productions and teams. I’m now at Webb Productions, where I lead the Operations team and help shape company strategy, combining practical production knowledge with a passion for strong execution and team leadership.
I am an AV technology engineer specializing in the integration, debugging, and delivery of audio/video systems for enterprise conference rooms. I am proficient in debugging products from Audio-Technica, Symetrix, Lumens, Biamp, and QSC. In AV system debugging, I can quickly locate and resolve issues such as echo, audio-video desynchronization, and multi-device compatibility. I am passionate about AV technology and continuously follow cutting-edge industry trends such as Dante,NDI, AV over IP, 4K/8K, and AI noise reduction. I welcome colleagues to exchange ideas on AV technology with me. Recently, I have been studying AV networking and preparing for the CTS exam.

Building on more than 30 years in the AV business solution design, business development and technology adoption projects, with the change efforts and collaborative benefits arising from them, are the disciplines I enjoy most, seeking to create value through knowhow, innovation and consulting services, rather than product.
