Soy Virginia, Gerente de Marketing y Relaciones Globales en Proyecciones Digitales – GPA Argentina y Uruguay. Con 13 años de experiencia en la industria AV, me apasiona la innovación, el arte y todo lo que impulsa nuevas formas de crear y conectar. A lo largo de mi carrera, he buscado integrar la interculturalidad y la sustentabilidad en cada proyecto, porque creo que solo con una mirada consciente y diversa es posible generar un impacto real y duradero.
Com mais de 59.700 horas de dedicação ao mercado de áudio e vídeo, minha jornada profissional é marcada por diversas experiências. Iniciei minha carreira como DJ em 1994 e, após mudar-me para São Paulo em 1999, trabalhei como vendedor em uma loja de CDs. Paralelamente, meu interesse pelo áudio cresceu durante meu tempo como aluno e depois monitor na escola IAV (Instituto de Áudio e Vídeo). Rapidamente, tornei-me professor, formando mais de 1000 alunos entre 2000 e 2008. Em 2008, adentrei a indústria de som, gerenciando minha própria empresa de locação e prestando serviços à Yamaha musical do Brasil. Posteriormente, juntei-me à Harman do Brasil como especialista de produtos, contribuindo para a introdução de mesas de som digitais Soundcraft no mercado e participando de projetos de sonorização de estádios para a Copa do Mundo. Minha experiência na Harman se estendeu por todo o Brasil, conhecendo diferentes realidades e necessidades dos clientes. Trabalhei com marcas líderes como JBL, AKG, dbx, BSS, Soundcraft e outras. Em 2017, iniciei uma nova jornada na Audio-Technica, expandindo meu conhecimento e rede de contatos na América Latina. Meu trabalho foi elogiado em vários países, incluindo Paraguai, Bolívia, Colômbia, Argentina e México. Em 2019, concentrei-me no desenvolvimento de habilidades comerciais na Musical Express, mas a pandemia em 2020 trouxe incertezas e encerrou minha trajetória lá. No entanto, em agosto de 2020, encontrei uma nova oportunidade na distribuidora Rhox, onde utilizei meu conhecimento de mercado e de pessoas para oferecer soluções a clientes. Em outubro de 2020, assumi o papel de gerente de produto na distribuidora WDC Networks, que distribui marcas como Shure, Yamaha, LG e Leyard. Além de áudio, minha jornada expandiu-se para a gestão de produtos de vídeo. Até hoje são mais de 5800 horas na área de gestão de produtos.
Neste ano de 2024, iniciei como gerente de produtos na distribuidora SigmaOne e serei responsável pela gestão dos produtos e soluções do fabricante Biamp.
Minha experiência abrange não apenas áudio e vídeo, mas também análise de dados e inteligência artificial. Sou um profissional comprometido com a qualidade, inovação e aprendizado contínuo, sempre em busca de aprimorar minhas habilidades.
Keith Neves is a design expert with over 25 years of experience in live entertainment, permanent installations, and experiential marketing. His creative explorations span multiple media and industry platforms, with a particular emphasis on the intersection of technology and art. He is a driven creator with a long list of accomplishments; brands worldwide rely on him to bring large-scale projects to life. Keith's notable accomplishments include serving as the lighting designer for the Wu-Tang Clan's live performance at Coachella, acting as technical director and designer for the GoPro Hero launch live streamed from Squaw Valley, serving as technical director for Spotify's Grammy Event in Los Angeles celebrating all ten Best New Artists, and being the designer and technical director for Panasonic Avionics' international tradeshow booth for ten years in a row. He founded Neves Creative Inc. in 2010 and collaborates with award-winning production teams and agencies to create projects that wow audiences and win awards. Some of Keith's past projects include well-known companies like Adobe, Spotify, Slack, Panasonic, Tinder, Google, Disney, Pfizer, Nickelodeon, Webflow, Appian, GoPro, Samsung, Cadillac, Intel, Netflix, Nintendo, Amazon, T-Mobile, AT&T, WB, Jaguar, Meta, and Apple in the US and abroad. Keith, an avid explorer of the technological frontier, is particularly interested in emerging technologies such as AI, AR, XR, and VR. He is constantly investigating these tools as new forms of creative storytelling, looking for case studies, and imagining novel use cases. His enthusiasm for fusing art and technology drives his work, which pushes boundaries and seeks transformative digital experiences that captivate and engage audiences. Keith's extensive portfolio showcases his technical and creative direction expertise for live concerts, trade show exhibits, theater, corporate events, art installations, festivals, virtual production, and experiential brand activations. Keith has a well-deserved reputation for serving not only his clients but their teams, dedicating himself to being a solution-based designer who is always looking for new and innovative tools to bring into play.
As a broadcast professional and multiplatform strategist with a passion for writing, I bring a unique perspective to content creation. Throughout my broadcasting career, which began in 2005, I have honed my skills in video production, system integration, and live event management. I have also managed interns and performed field marketing projects while maintaining a self-driven commitment to ongoing learning and growth. In addition to my technical expertise, I am also an avid reader and enjoy exploring new avenues for personal and professional development. My work in the digital media and web development sector has given me a fresh perspective on the power of content to connect with audiences and create meaningful change. As a multifaceted individual, I take pride in excelling in various pursuits. From international competitions and sports events to writing and volunteering, I always seek new ways to challenge myself and positively impact the world. There is something that I always repeat, I have been lucky enough to experience the music of the 80s and also grow professionally along with the parallel development of the AV industry. I have developed my career here at ICAP since I joined in 1993, more than 29 years in addition to receiving all the support in education and knowledge from AVIXA as well as others. They know me as the Man behind the scenes..........
At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.
Senior Director of Development for AVIXA in EMEA with over 20 years experience in AV and IT industries. Started off in sound engineering in the late 90s then pursued a career in IT. After working in web development I returned to AV and have not looked back! I do at times pine to work more directly with the amazing technology available today to help create great AV experiences but I do get to see them being shared and celebrated! I look forward to seeing many of those examples on the Xchange!
