Recently, as a part of a course I am attending, we were introduced to a beautiful video on learning change management - explaining Kotter's eight step of change! While it did bring about explaining the topic we were supposed to learn, I learnt much more - melting icebergs being one of them but also how story telling is still a very powerful tool to convey a message! And not to just children but us adults too.
