There is an increased focus in today's job market on upskilling. Usually, upskilling refers to technical or specific competencies, certifications, or experiences. However, according to this article in CNBC, there are 3 soft skills that experts say we need to be successful in the modern workplace: resilience, social connection, and mattering. Especially in remote work environments and with levels of burnout remaining high, practicing and mastering these skills can make a tremendous difference both personally and professionally.
