I’m a has-been geek turned manager, turned executive, turned (hopefully) into leader. I love technology and even more I love people. So what I find really interesting is the intersection of people and technology…and in so many ways, that’s my definition of AV.
Mario is a PR and marketing communications professional with over 20 years of experience collaborating with tech companies in the B2B and CE industries. Since 2019 he and his agency have teamed up with AVIXA to do public relations and create content for the public in Latin America and Spain.

Con más de 10 años de experiencia en la integración audiovisual he realizado una gran variedad de implementaciones residenciales, corporativas, educativas, de gobierno, entre otras.
Me considero una persona apasionada por lo que hace, me gusta trabajar y solucionar problemas.
Tengo afinidad con la fotografía, la música y las artes en general.
Dada mi formación profesional y el caminar en esta industria he aprendido a diseñar sistemas AV que generan experiencias de usuarios, que satisfacen necesidades y con una rápida adopción tecnológica.
Soy capaz de liderar y motivar equipos en torno a metas concretas, siempre preocupado del crecimiento del área como también de cada uno de sus miembros en particular.

Senior Director of Development for AVIXA in EMEA with over 20 years experience in AV and IT industries. Started off in sound engineering in the late 90s then pursued a career in IT. After working in web development I returned to AV and have not looked back! I do at times pine to work more directly with the amazing technology available today to help create great AV experiences but I do get to see them being shared and celebrated! I look forward to seeing many of those examples on the Xchange!
