Sales Manager
PCD (www.pcdinc.net) is a California corporation that specializes in the design and installation of audio and video systems throughout Northern California since 1981. Our client base is a variety of large commercial, educational, and institutional projects in both the public and private sectors.

Core Responsibilities:
Project, forecast, and deliver Sales based on individual and team goals.
Help others successfully prospect, sell, and provide solutions to new and existing customers.
Take an active role in building a high performing team and a thorough Sales
Required Skills:
Must have proven Sales and Sales Management experience and consistently achieve results.
Prior experience and demonstrated success in selling Audio and Video in a commercial environment.

-This is an Exempt Salaried position, $100,000 – 120,000, requiring time both in the office and in the field.
-Medical / Dental insurance with company participation and Life Insurance policy. Company participating 401k program plus a Profit-Sharing program.
-10 days PTO (Paid Time Off) and 7 paid holidays.
-Laptop provided and a cell phone allowance.
-Mileage to job sites paid at current Fed rate.
