Forward Momentum: How AV Launchpad Disrupts the Industry
  If you find yourself at the AVIXA XChange Live booth during Infocomm week, rest assured you’ll find a who’s who in #proAV today. While checking out Dana’s Xchange Content session that Friday, I was introduced to two #proAV innovators from Frisco, Texas (a second home for me). After nerding out about the growth of the DFW area and #proAV’s role in the region, I knew I had to link up with them next time I was in town!
Luckily, I was able sit down over coffee with Ben and Kevin to discuss AV Launchpad’s mission and approach to technology, collaboration and engagement. AV Launchpad is the arm of AutomateDXP that works directly with the AV industry.
Disrupting the industry was a key theme of our chat, as Ben was passionate about developing solutions for underserved small and medium-sized businesses. Our convo in a coffeeshop was rather timely, as we discussed how AV Launchpad helps business by managing their brand reputation through streamlining online reviews on platforms like Google and Yelp.
Their diversity of LLMs was a huge takeaway for me. Kevin shared how their Voice AI receptionist can leverage internal data as an alternative to IVR (Interactive Voice Response).
