Artificial Intelligence is clearly one of if not the hottest topic being discussed in terms of its potential long-term impacts to industries at large, including pro AV. But often articles written on the subject take one of two stances -- either that AI will solve everything or destroy us all. Less common are the articles about the real issues AI could address or the considerations that must be taken into account as we deploy it. Enter the article below covering some of these issues specifically faced by the education industry as it rolls out AI in our learning institutions, written by Katalin Wargo, Director of Academic Innovation & Pedagogical Partnerships at William and Mary (as well as my sister-in-law).
