Clients and partners range from NASA and NOAA to Dreamworks and Deloitte, and leading museums around the world. Hilary is one of the company’s owners and regularly represents its innovative approach to immersive design in panels and keynotes. Her background in communications and new media led to several years in the game industry, providing resources and creating community for game developers through GDC, the industry’s largest event. She was part of the teams that launched international extensions of the brand and its ancillary media and networks in China, Europe and the UK. With a perspective gained from working with game industry leaders, innovators and groundbreakers, she joined The Elumenati in 2008 as the next step in a career focused on the business of interactive technologies and their meaningful application.

Rainy Fu is an accomplished Creative Director based in New York with a stellar reputation in the music and entertainment industry. With over 10 years of experience, Rainy has honed her skills in Branding, Graphic Design, and Motion Graphics, initially specializing in luxury events and art direction for high-production commercial houses. Her passion for the arts flourished from a young age in Singapore, contributing a unique cultural perspective to her work bridging Asia and the US.
In 2018, Rainy was ranked the global 4th Art Director of the year at The One Show, the pinnacle of recognition in advertising, design, and digital marketing. Collaborating with renowned brands such as Spotify, Pepsi, Lexus, Audi, Stella Artois, Super Bowl XLVII Show opening, and Adidas, Rainy has consistently demonstrated exceptional creativity and expertise in crafting impactful branding strategies and captivating visual designs for events. To date, Rainy has worked on 60 events and counting.

Rainy's dedication was acknowledged in 2009 when she was chosen as one of the 20 National Scholars by the Singapore Media Authority. This prestigious recognition granted her a fully sponsored scholarship at the esteemed Savannah College of Art and Design, where she acquired the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the competitive world of Motion Graphics & Broadcast design. She graduated with a Summa Cum Laude honor of Bachelor of Fine Arts.

Alan C. Brawn - CTS, DSCE, DSDE, DSNE, DCME, DSSP, ISF, ISF-C
Alan Brawn is a principal of Brawn Consulting, an audio visual and digital signage consulting, training, educational development, and market intelligence company with national exposure to major manufacturers, integrators, and associations in the industry. Alan is an industry veteran with experience spanning 4 decades and a recognized author for leading industry publications. Alan is an Imaging Science Foundation fellow and co-founder of ISF Commercial. He holds CTS certification and is an educational contributor to AVIXA. He was the moderator of the ANSI Projected Image System Contrast Ratio (PISCR) standard. Brawn was awarded the AVIXA Volunteer of the Year Award in 2011, and he is one of the founders and the past Chairman of the Digital Signage Federation. He is a DSF Legacy recipient and the Digital Signage Federation educator of the year award is named after him. Alan C. Brawn received the Fred Dixon Lifetime Achievement in AV Education from AVIXA in 2015.
In my role with AVIXA standards and content teams I provide technical advisement and strategic leadership. This primarily includes standards publications and the Exam Guide books.
My interests span the broad spectrum of AV/IT technologies and systems our industry provides. Prior to taking a staff role with AVIXA I worked supporting AV/IT solutions for both public and private education as a "Technology Manager" (roles including repair, installation, design and project management) as well as a longtime volunteer for AVIXA education and standards programs.
I have been in the Audio-Visual industry for 20+ years in various sales and marketing roles in both the private and public sectors. My work history includes working with integrators and manufacturers such as Christie Digital, Epson, and currently with QSC. I am passionate about helping women succeed in the industry and have spent the past 6 years working with the AVIXA Women’s Council, a group of professionals committed to supporting and empowering women who work in the technology and AV industry – first as a member, two years ago appointed as co-chair to the Los Angeles/Orange County region, and at the start of 2022, Co-Chair to the council. The council has over a thousand members and 50 groups throughout the world.
