The Value of Mentorship
Many of us can probably name a mentor who has had a positive influence in our career journeys or have served as a mentor to someone who is newer in an industry or job. As an employer, sponsoring a formal mentorship program is a great way to promote and refine professional development skills, leadership, advancement opportunities and retention.
