Experience the Heart and Tech Behind Lifebridge Church

When you first walk into the main auditorium at Lifebridge Church in Orlando, a glowing cross greets you—one that’s covered in dazzling LEDs. Music plays and a video wall displays inspirational scenes and motifs. Equipped with six cameras, a Glowshine 3.9 millimeter video wall, AI, and more, the employees and volunteers at Lifebridge Church utilize AV tech to enhance guests’ cathartic experiences.
If you’re attending InfoComm 2025, you can sign up for our Integrated Experience Tour: Lifebridge Church Orlando happening on June 10, to get a closer look. Jacob Sprenger, Lighting and Technical Designer, and Sam Piasecki, Production Director, will showcase cutting-edge technology and give insights into how they create incredible environments with some minimal, dated, or budget-friendly equipment.
Before the tour at IC25, let’s take a peek at the church’s production, including the technology that brings everything together—from front of house to backstage.

Teaming Up to Power AV at Lifebridge Church
A mix of staff and volunteers handle the production at Lifebridge Church. Under the guidance of staff members like Piasecki and Sprenger, volunteers have an opportunity to grow and learn more about AV.
When Owen Treadwell first began volunteering ten years ago, he never realized how much it would change his young life.
Now, Treadwell has been on staff for two years as a Video Director and has discovered his lifelong passion. He emphasizes the importance of having mentors you can look up to and emulate.
In a full circle moment, Treadwell currently trains many of the new volunteers. And when it comes to training, having user-friendly gear makes all the difference.
“dLive consoles are great consoles to get a volunteer on. Their UI and their workflow are very easy to learn just walking up to the console,” said Treadwell.
“The message that we want to get out with this tour is showing what we can do with what we have,” added Piasecki, Production Director at Lifebridge Church.
Enhancing Ambiance In-Person and During Livestreams
In addition to their large in-person service, Lifebridge Church also streams all Sunday morning gatherings on the church’s social media platforms. Some of the ways that Lifebridge enhances these livestreams is through intentional camera work and visual storytelling.
“Something specific we do is dynamic shots,” explained Video Director Treadwell. “You let the camera speak for itself, per se. So, you can move around the camera and add specific movements which really elevates the livestream.”
They also use over-the-shoulder shots to help viewers at home feel like they’re part of the live audience.
In terms of lighting, Sprenger, the Lighting and Technical Designer, shared some of his tactics.
“What I tend to do a lot when programming lighting in the softer, slower parts of songs is making sure that it feels very intimate in the room. And then as the song builds and as there’s more energy in the song, it’ll be a brighter look, but I’ll also incorporate lighting in the house to make it one big, cohesive environment,” said Sprenger.

Breaking Language Barriers with AI
To enhance accessibility and ensure that everyone feels welcome, Lifebridge offers language accommodations for attendees who speak languages other than English—most notably Portuguese and Spanish. This is made possible through an AI-powered translation system.
By leveraging this technology, Lifebridge is able to break down language barriers and create a more inclusive worship experience, allowing individuals from diverse backgrounds to fully engage with the message and the community. It’s a practical way the church lives out its mission of reaching people from all walks of life.
“There’s a lot of culture down here, and we try to cater to everybody,” said Piasecki, Production Director.
