I lead engineering teams in developing and deploying innovative AV solutions across key sectors, including defense, education, finance, and healthcare. As the director of Wave AV, I guide the company’s technological roadmap, focusing on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and emerging industry standards. I’m committed to continuous learning - earning certifications such as CTS-D, CTS-I and ANP reflects that dedication. My leadership is driven by a vision to push the boundaries of AV technology and strengthen the industry’s evolution.

With a background in content strategy, brand management, and community building for global franchises like Star Wars and Star Trek, I’ve spent my career connecting people to the stories they love. At AVIXA, I’m doing the same—only now, the story is AV itself: how it connects, empowers, and transforms us. I’m especially drawn to the intersection of AV and pop culture, immersive tech, and storytelling. I am a Ghanaian AV professional with over 10 years of experience as a Broadcast Technician, supported by CDNA and HDNA certifications in Networking Administration. My expertise has been developed primarily through hands-on industry practice, allowing me to understand both technical execution and operational realities within AV and broadcast environments. I am open to mentorship, collaboration, group discussions, and emerging opportunities within the AV industry. My objective is to continually update my knowledge, pursue formal AV certification, and contribute meaningfully to projects and conversations that advance professional standards across regions. Professor of Digital Marketing Strategies & CMO at Voome I am passionate about digital innovation and take pride in sharing this enthusiasm with my students, colleagues, and clients. I believe that passion is essential to thrive in an ecosystem like ours, where innovation and tools evolve rapidly. My journey in this field began in 2005 in the Mobile VAS market, encompassing early mobile games and ringtones. In 2011, I founded my first startup, Meetale, one of Italy’s pioneering digital publishing platforms, which the Italian Unitary Writers Association recognized as the most significant in the country. Following a substantial international experience in a collaborative project between India and Italy, I founded dfarm – Digital Transformation Factory in 2019. This network was created to embed digitalization within company processes and teams. My commitment to education led me to start teaching at the School of Management at LUM University in September 2019, using the Learning by Doing approach. Since 2022, I have served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Voome.
