- After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India.
- From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India.
- Now joined hands with remote support to a company called Hit-Play Technologies - Canada, as AV Solution Design Engineer. Since 2022.

With a background in electronics engineering and nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Grifiths has worked in various technical, training, project management, and sales leadership roles. I’ve been working in the low voltage communications industry for over 25 years. I won't say I've seen it all but I've seen a lot.
