About Me I am a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) with a background in Mobile and Satellite Communication Engineering from the International University of East Africa (IUEA). My passion for technology and curiosity led me to the audiovisual industry during the COVID-19 lockdown. Since then, I’ve supported and led AV projects across Uganda, including digital signage, video conferencing, e-learning studios, and public address systems. I’m dedicated to raising awareness of AV technology in East Africa and hold a Google Digital Marketing certification to enhance the promotion of AV solutions in the region through media. Neil Collins is an award winning marketer with over fifteen years of international business experience. Neil lives in Sydney, Australia, but was born and raised in the North West of England.​ His accent sounds exactly how you'd imagine it to.   Neil is the Director of Marketing and Growth at Innomate/UXT, where he established the business’ brand identity and go to market strategy, while also implementing a highly efficient continuous content distribution process, all managed in-house.
