Is Certification Worth It for AV Engineers & Technicians?
For those of you who currently hold certifications, such as CTS, I’d love to hear about your journey. Were you required to get certified by your company, or did you pursue it on your own? What has been the biggest benefit of being certified, and has it paid off for you in your career?
For those who aren't certified, is CTS something you're considering? If not, what factors are influencing that decision?
