Thanks so much for this question. We had closed captioning at the Technology Innovation Stage, and we used listening devices for tours. We also applied our own AVIXA standards to the education rooms to enhance readability of presentation content.
Presentations were not able to be downloaded through the app (we intended that, but it did not work as anticipated) though we have provided presentations to everyone who asked.
You may wish to join the community's Culture of Inclusion Room and start the conversation there as well to learn what others are doing to support accessibility. And please share what you're implementing along the way!
