The Live Events Council will hold its first meeting of 2025 on March 13th at 4:00 PM ET, and you're invited!

All live events professionals, regardless of AVIXA Membership, are encouraged to participate in this kick-off call as the council plans activities for the year and dives into topics affecting the live events industry.

Mission

The mission of the Live Events Council is to serve as an advisory group to AVIXA’s strategic plan, advance the interests and capabilities of live events professionals, facilitate the exchange of industry knowledge, expand professional networking opportunities, and encourage continuing education.

2025 Council Goals:

• Connect and share current trends and issues facing our community in 2025 during our council meetings and on the AVIXA Xchange.
• Work with AVIXA content teams to provide Live Events content and education at InfoComm25
