I'm looking for a local Rental  AV Company in Philadelphia that can provide  AV gear and experienced labor (A1, V1, GAV). Must be highly experienced in the corporate and health sector.

Great customer service skills in the hospitality world is a MUST.

During show time, the Techs must look sharp and neat.

Formal black pants ideally and black belt. If wearing casual pants or jeans, they must not be not ripped or washed out.

Black Long sleeve shirt (black).

Black suit or pullover (if you like to use suits).

No ties needed.

Black clean shoes. 

No cellphone while operating at the tech table (unless is work related).

Event’s date: Nov-7, 2023

Hotel: Near Philadelphia City Center

Access to the room for AV set-Up: Nov-7 from 8am.

Event’s time: 7pm to 9.30pm.

Slide Review: 2pm to 5pm.

AV gear Strike: Nov-7 from 10pm.

Hybrid: No. Live only.

Meeting type: Advisory Board. “U” Shape table.

Office Printer: Yes, high capacity. From Nov-7 by 8am installed and tested.

Audio recorded: Yes.

1 x 8K Projectors (or higher)
1 x 9 x 16 Projection screen (w/ black dress kit) – Depending on the room size, it might change to 6x10.
3 x Confidence Monitor
1 x Video Switcher
1 x Slide Advancer
1 x Speaker timer
20 x Gooseneck Microphones.
2 x wireless handheld mics.
2 x Active Speakers + Stands + Black Spandex.
1 x 32 Ch audio mixer
DI Boxes
HDMI to DI Converters
DA Distro
2 x Thumb drives for Audio Recordings
2 x Show Laptops
1 x Laptop for printing area (still to be confirmed)
Presentation format
Black drape and pipe for Tech Table
16 x Power Strips (9 x power strips for U Shape table; and 7 x power strips for additional tables) 
1 x Color printer (high printing volume, full day on Nov 7th)
