o Experience with B2B events, technology brands, or professional associations is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suites including:
InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Familiarity working with long documents in
InDesign and strong editing abilities in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Other skills:
- Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time.
- Has a good understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.
- Organized and detail oriented.

The Graphic Designer & Visual Content Contractor is responsible for developing fast,
high-quality visual assets that support AVIXA and InfoComm América Latina branding,
campaigns, digital communications, and partner activations across Latin America. This
role requires agility, strong aesthetic judgment, and the ability to adapt designs across
multiple formats and platforms while maintaining brand consistency.
1. Campaign & Marketing Design
- Produce fast-turnaround graphics for AVIXA and InfoComm América Latina campaigns, following brand guidelines and messaging.
- Design assets for email campaigns, newsletters, social media, websites, flyers, brochures, banners, and event promotions.
2. Partner, Exhibitor & Media Support
- Develop co-branded and promotional assets for exhibitors, media partners, associations, and third-party events.
- Adapt core visuals into multiple formats for partner amplification and cross-distribution.
3. Paid Media Creative Production
- Create all ad creatives for paid media (static and basic animations).
- Iterate and optimize visuals based on performance data and agency feedback.
4. Event Visual Support
- Produce onsite materials for regional events, roadshows, and show-floor activities: signage, speaker graphics, highlight visuals, etc.
- Optional, but nice to do: Capture basic photo/video content during events or coordinate with local teams.
5. Collaboration & Workflow
- Work closely with the U.S. Design Team and regional Marketing (Editorial, Copywriting, Web, Video, Fulfillment) to ensure cohesive visuals across channels.
- Maintain organized design files and consistent usage of brand assets.
- Participate in weekly team syncs and provide clear updates on progress, blockers,
and upcoming needs.
KPIs (Performance Measurement)
- Average turnaround time of 24–72 hours for standard requests (depending on complexity).
- Maintain a pipeline of creative variations for agency testing (refresh cycles every 2–4 weeks).
- Maintain full consistency of visual identity across all ICAL, AVIXA, and partner materials.
- Provide minimum 3 creative variations per paid media campaign to enable A/B testing.
- Achieve quarter-over-quarter improvement in ad creative performance (CTR, engagement, conversions) in collaboration with paid media teams.
- 100% fulfillment of co-branded and partner creative obligations within agreed timelines.
Weekly Reporting Expectations
During weekly alignment calls, present:
1. Completed assets vs pending queue.
2. Mockups ready for approval and assets needing team feedback.
3. Creative performance notes (e.g., which visual styles are performing better in
ads/social).
4. Design pipeline or workload risks (e.g., rush items, blockers, priority clarifications).
