Take the leap. This year's tagline for AV Career Day during a packed Fast Forward Friday at ISE 2026.

Hosted jointly by @AVIXA and CEDIA, AV Career Day plays host to hundreds of jobseekers from technical education programs across Europe and UK. The value: catch a glimpse at the AV industry's endless possibilities. The takeaway: jumpstart an exciting career before you leave the show!

On tap first, a presentation about in-demand skills, emphasizing how transferable skills can give pros many tiny careers in their journey. 



Next attendees are treated to 'micro keynotes' and a panel from rising stars who've taken the leap into AV. Nathan Jones will speak on the exciting journey to residential Installation Engineer at Homeplay. Jasmin Thieme @Jasmin Thieme will share how saying yes to opportunities opened doors - and country borders - to a freshly minted light and sound engineer. Bringing the panel home is Daniel Centelles @Daniel Centelles Sutil , Manager of International Sales at Lang AG. 

Fun fact: Jasmin and Daniel met their future employer attending AV Career Day at past ISEs thanks to a strong partnership with COITT. 

Then the clock starts and attendees participate in 'speed hiring chats' with industry employers looking for talent. As an activation supporting the AVIXA Foundation's mission, the annual event at ISE is now a proven means of creating growth in workforce pipeline for the industry. 

Rounding out Career Day is a special open house at AVIXA TV where attendees can experience the world of Broadcast AV up close. 



After several iterations, both employers and jobseekers rave about the value AV Career Day brings to finding each other in a world that remains otherwise quite hidden for talented, creative people.
