Sanjeev is the level-headed and composed CEO of the company. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the realm of Audio Visual, Computers and Technology. He began his rich career with Metal Box, a British Multinational company. Sanjeev stepped into the IT industry when he began working with the HCL group and continued this stint until the year 1995.
The entrepreneurial spirit always ‘lived’ inside of Sanjeev, which finally overtook and he forayed into unchartered territory, in the year '1995', when ‘start-up’ was possibly considered a fad. This decision overshadowed his guaranteed admittance to a couple of completely paid Master’s Degree programs from elite Universities in the USA, and instead he pursued an MBA degree in India. Back in 1995, Sanjeev did not have access to external funding, but he built a company from the ground up with his personal resources and steered the company to acquire a position of a front-runner and beacon, in the AV industry.
Sanjeev’s vision and focus are astonishingly coherent. He believes and leads by example, that a robust, agile, trained, and knowledgeable workforce is the only sustainable way to consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders – employees, clients, partners, and shareholders. Such a workforce has the ability, skill, and attitude to consistently deliver best-in-class and state-of-the-art AV solutions. Solutions that exceed client expectations of operational efficiency, business growth, and high ROI. Sanjeev’s unflinching focus on these aspects is the driving force of the company to deliver sustainable great results.
Sanjeev is an Electrical Engineering graduate, with a specialization in Computer Science from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
