Fernando Cajal is an accomplished International Business Director at GESAB Control Rooms with a remarkable career spanning over 15 years across diverse international industries. His extensive B2B expertise encompasses the realms of negotiation, project management, business planning, and the effective management of distribution channels. Under his leadership, strategic initiatives have resulted in the establishment of commercial showrooms and robust sales channels on a global scale. Notably, Fernando has played a pivotal role in the successful execution of key milestone projects, including the emergency CCR 911 in Makkah, Riyadh Metro, EC3 Dubai, STC UNOC, and numerous others. A native Spanish speaker with a technical business proficiency in English, Fernando excels in cultivating enduring client relationships and delivering solution-driven outcomes within multifaceted international contexts. Leveraging his combined background in Control Rooms industry expertise spanning the last decade and his architectural profile, complemented by diverse comprehensive trainings, Fernando possesses an exceptional understanding of Control Room design, ergonomics, health in work space, international standards compliance, audiovisual technology, and other pivotal facets crucial for the successful deployment of Operation Centers.

I´ve been in this industry since 2002, I graduated from electronics engineering while working as AV designer, after a while I realized that there were many things I couldn´t understand about sound that I was passionated about so I decided to do masters on sound and vibration in Sweden, during all these time had the chance to design and be responsible for relevant projects like Panamerican games athletic stadium, soccer stadiums, arenas, concert halls and many other of all kind

Grifiths Zachariah, CTS, is an experienced professional in the Pro AV industry, currently serving as the Associate VP for the EMEAIO Sales and Global Alliancesgion at ClearOne Inc. With a background in electronics engineering and nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Grifiths has worked in various technical, training, project management, and sales leadership roles. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the field and a passion for sharing his knowledge with others. Throughout his career, Grifiths has worked with various system integration companies and manufacturers, managing large-scale projects and troubleshooting complex systems. This experience has equipped him with the skills needed to deliver high-quality, comprehensive training to AV professionals, focusing on sharing his experience to empower others to succeed in their careers.

Presently as Regional Director, AVIXA for India and GCC, I do aspire to support the AV and IT industry with  access to the resources that are most beneficial to the businesses and professional outcomes. My focus will be to bring to the AV/IT community in the region, knowledge and skill development through AVIXA Education, Certification and Training Resources. I look forward to work closely with allied associations, industry groups and professional society in the region with a similar focus. And my areas of interest and learning are indeed the Emerging Technologies (what we know as AI, Metaverse, Cloud, Industry 4.0, and the likes) and how they impact what we do in our professional and personal lives as Humans! A University of Central Florida double-alum with a Master’s in Digital Media, I'm a content creator who loves bringing people together over shared interests. As AVIXA's Coordinator of Digital Content, I produce articles on a myriad of technology topics. I've also worked on virtual reality projects, transforming Romanian folk tales into VR narratives. 

At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation. My role also involves directing our digital signage academy with AVIXA-approved courses and developing engaging brand-aligned content, as well as coordinating with internal and external partners to fulfill our marketing strategies. All this, while thriving in a multicultural setting of teammates from across the globe.
