My Career journey stared in the dynamic world of studio recordings and mixing, where I developed a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound engineering.  Eventually with a transition to the AV industry, I got expertise in pre-sales design and consultancy in the Hospitality, Retails, Stadium, Enterprise, Educational and mixed use spaces.  Honored to be featured in the prestigious "40 under 40 INAVATE APAC 2023"  My mission extends beyond technical excellence. I am committed to support the next generation of AV professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their careers.  In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness. I strive to create awareness and provide support for individuals dealing with depression. By focusing on mental wellness, I aim to foster a healthier and more supportive environment for all.

I´ve been in this industry since 2002, I graduated from electronics engineering while working as AV designer, after a while I realized that there were many things I couldn´t understand about sound that I was passionated about so I decided to do masters on sound and vibration in Sweden, during all these time had the chance to design and be responsible for relevant projects like Panamerican games athletic stadium, soccer stadiums, arenas, concert halls and many other of all kind

Rob has worked in high tech for four decades, establishing himself as a veritable veteran of the moving image. He has spent time in engineering, sales and marketing, in positions spanning the content-creation, distribution, and transmission industries and more recently AV. Previously, he was an active member of the International Association of Broadcast Manufacturers, serving on its technical sub-committee as well as presenting technical sessions for the Society of Cable Telecommunications Engineers in London (including 'resettlement' courses for those leaving the UK military) , the Control Room Summit and AV Broadcast Summit  - both in Europe and for Infocomm University in Dubai and the US. His education includes a CTS. He also has degrees in Information and Communication Technologies (BSc) and Electrical and Electronic Engineering (BSc). Additionally, he complemented this with a Chartered Institute of Marketing post-graduate diploma.   He has been with Matrox Video for 20 years over which time has been associated with many projects, large and small – national and international. His current remit is the furtherance of strategic partnerships - both technological and organizational. He is particularly involved with the new IPMX open standard - the AV focussed extension to ST2110. Rob is held in high regard internationally for his technology training sessions and was recognised by Infocomm in 2016 as a ‘distinguished talent’ in the industry.

Started Journey as Live sound System Engineer For small AV company in 2007. Then join one Dubbing studio and Done Some Movies Dubbing and Music Mixing Till 2008. After 2008 Started working as Freelancer for Audio Jobs as Recording, Dubbing and Mixing engineer for regional language Music and Movies. From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.
