Creating the Next Generation AV Workforce: From Audio Engineers to Solution Designers
Achieving consistency remains a challenge when it comes to the technology solutions used to communicate and collaborate. Different platforms, standards, and support models create friction between offices. Employees often feel that meetings don’t work the same way in every location. And IT teams must manage the complexity of keeping everything running.
FORTÉ’s growing presence across Europe is changing that.
By expanding its footprint in key markets, FORTÉ is helping multinational enterprises achieve something that’s long been elusive: consistency and confidence at a global scale. “Our multi-national customers continue to demand consistency, scale, and speed as they deploy technology and meeting spaces across their modern workplace ecosystem,” said Roger Patrick, Chief Operating Officer at FORTÉ. “With dedicated teams and operational standards already proven in the U.S., we’re now extending that same experience across Europe and ensuring customers get local expertise with global backing.”
In recent years, FORTÉ has unified each of its 42 U.S. office locations onto shared operational platforms, including project management, design standards, logistics, and managed services.
In addition, as the GPA’s largest regional business unit, FORTÉ has been at the forefront of strengthening a global delivery engine to include its Program Management framework and Managed Services helpdesk capabilities. FORTÉ will continue to take a leadership role in furthering the GPA network, advancing shared standards that enable global consistency with a local touch.
This operational backbone is what enables us to promise and deliver the same outcome anywhere in the world: consistent standards, accelerated deployment, and one accountable partner from strategy through support.
Europe was a natural place to begin. Many of our largest clients have headquarters or regional hubs across the continent, and our long-standing partnerships through the GPA made the transition seamless.
Since expanding into Europe, we’ve already seen early success with large enterprise customers. Our growth through System Video (Ireland), GMS (Germany), and, most recently, Informationsteknik (Sweden and Denmark) demonstrates how this model works in practice: local integration teams that our customers already know and trust, now supported by the resources, infrastructure, and expertise of our global organization.
Each of these regional teams continues to serve as part of the GPA network, bringing local knowledge and relationships while benefiting from our shared systems, scale, and financial strength.
FORTÉ will continue investing in our people and infrastructure to serve customers locally, regionally, and globally. Our goal is to help organizations transform the workplace, manage technology more effectively, and embrace emerging innovations like AI with confidence.
With a strong foundation in Europe and a proven operational model, we’re ready to deliver end-to-end services for multinational enterprises while staying connected to the local teams and relationships that make every project successful.
For today’s enterprises, it comes down to this. Wherever your teams work, we make collaboration seamless, consistent, and ready for what’s next.
We’re not satisfied with the status quo, nor are our customers. Our goal is to move beyond where AV integrators have traditionally lived – focusing more on outcomes and moving your businesses forward.
