The challenge: Reducing waiting times at the bar

One of the biggest frustrations for event visitors is standing in long queues, particularly at bars. At many festivals and events, this is caused by the widely used token system. Visitors first queue to purchase tokens and then wait again to use them at the bar. For both staff and guests, counting and handling these tokens is time-consuming and inefficient.
