The challenge: Enhancing communication and workflow efficiency

Solidaris wanted to streamline customer communication and improve workflow efficiency, as traditional document signing and manual processes caused delays. Partnering with MEDIAWAVE and ProDVX, they developed a secure digital system for signing documents and completing surveys, saving time, reducing errors, and boosting customer satisfaction.

Our IPPC-10SLB plays a key role at Solidaris, enabling contract signing, displaying essential health information, and collecting customer feedback. This 10-inch Intel Panel PC, at Solidaris internally known as ‘the signature pad,’ allows customers to sign documents effortlessly without requiring an electronic identity card or PIN code - saving time, reducing paper use, and minimising errors.

The results & benefits for Solidaris

The new system implemented in all of the offices of Solidaris not only benefits the company but also customers and employees. The employees no longer need to turn their laptops and can display everything on the signature pad’s screen. Customers can easily follow along and sign the contract immediately.

The system is not only user-friendly but also allows to measure customer satisfaction directly. Customers can provide feedback through a playful smiley rating system, which enables Solidaris to provide high-quality service.
