A Conversation Worth Sharing

The joint effort between RBCx and Amplify Capital is based on their common goal to support young companies. By appearing on the podcast, they received an opportunity to share their views on what founders face in modern times while seeking ways to enable their success.

By recording at Hub350, which is situated in the heart of Canada’s largest tech park, these two groups were able to hold their discussion in an environment specifically designed for connectivity, innovation, and content production.

Leveraging the Digital Media Lab’s broadcast-quality equipment, the nature of the discussion in the session centred on the exchange of ideas, narratives, and views, which was sought after by both groups.

“There’s a lot of uses a studio like this or tech like this in a corporate space”

Lindy Ledohowski – Vice President Relationship Managment, RBCx

Why Hub350 Was the Right Environment

Hub350, run by the Kanata North Business Association (KNBA), serves as a meeting ground for over 540 tech companies in Canada and abroad. It is an innovation hub where founders, investors, students, and partners come together to network, collaborate, and explore what’s next.

Spaces such as the Digital Media Lab provide opportunities for these moments to be captured in new ways, whether through interviews, panels, workshops, or updates. For RBCx and Amplify Capital, simply being able to record their discussion at Hub350 allowed their talk to be captured in a professional and relevant setting.

Technology Supporting Community Storytelling

The Digital Media Lab at Hub350 brings modern, intuitive, user-friendly production tools to its members. The goal is simple: help innovators share their stories clearly and effectively.

For the RBCx and Amplify Capital podcast, that meant the hosts could focus on the conversation while the space supported a professional-quality recording—ready to share with founders, partners, and other audiences.

Showcasing Voices in the Canadian Innovation Ecosystem

Podcasting from Hub350 is one example of how tech communities are finding new ways to connect and share ideas. In these sessions, the spotlight stays where it should: on the conversation—two leaders from different ecosystems discussing innovation, capital, and how to build stronger communities for the future.

As more organizations look for ways to tell their story and reach their audience, spaces like Hub350 and the production resources available within them can play an important role.
