Soy Virginia Molina, CEO de Proyecciones Digitales para Argentina y Uruguay. Llevo más de 14 años en la industria audiovisual y tecnológica, acompañando a organizaciones en la creación de entornos de colaboración, comunicación e innovación centrados en las personas.
Me apasiona conectar tecnología, estrategia y propósito para generar experiencias con impacto positivo. A lo largo de mi carrera he trabajado promoviendo la sostenibilidad, la diversidad de perspectivas y el intercambio intercultural como motores de innovación, convencida de que los mejores resultados surgen cuando integramos diferentes miradas, experiencias y contextos.
Además de mi rol ejecutivo, participo activamente en iniciativas internacionales vinculadas al desarrollo de la industria audiovisual, la sostenibilidad y la inclusión. Me entusiasma formar parte de esta comunidad para aprender, compartir experiencias y construir conexiones significativas con colegas de todo el mundo.
I lead AVIXA’s APAC marketing and communications initiatives, which include member communication, vertical market events, educational programmes and AVIXA’s brand presence at the association’s trade shows in the region. There is something that I always repeat, I have been lucky enough to experience the music of the 80s and also grow professionally along with the parallel development of the AV industry. I have developed my career here at ICAP since I joined in 1993, more than 29 years in addition to receiving all the support in education and knowledge from AVIXA as well as others. They know me as the Man behind the scenes..........
