Listening to the requests of our customers and partners, I decided to jump in to the cold water of entrepreneurship and to start creating my own AV solutions. As a seasoned Group Operations and Technical Director, I have built a strong track record in the audio/video and collaboration technologies industry. My expertise includes Operations Management, Sales, A/V Systems Design, and Technical Resource Management, allowing me to bring a comprehensive approach to any technological challenge. I hold various manufacturer certifications and have maintained my AVIXA CTS for 20+ years complementing my strong engineering skills. Since 1993, I am General Sales Manager and founder of ICON Multimedia, global manufacturer of DENEVA solution, the Digital Transformation software for immersive experiences. In my role, I am accountable for the company’s business development. My passion for innovation has led me to expand DENEVA internationally, with a strong presence in the Latin American market. I am is also a founding partner of Sociograph, the Neuromarketing division of the ICON Multimedia group.

Up through May 2022, I managed the AV Engineering & Operations team at the University of North Georgia. We maintained multiple campuses of classrooms with control systems in each and we worked with a team of support technicians who handle work on incident management while we handled incident escalations as well as problem management, change management, and request fulfillment (to use the ITIL vernacular). In May 2022, I became a Design Engineer 1 for AVI-SPL, based out of the Atlanta, GA office. I worked with the Account Managers to design systems for customers prior to sales, then worked with the post sales team once a system is purchased. Over the next two years, I was promoted to Design Engineer 2. In October 2024, I became an Engineering Manager for AVI-SPL, managing the Design Engineers and Project Engineers in the Atlanta, GA office.

I understand AI as a socio‑technical system, where risks extend across architecture, data flows, user behaviour, and integrated AV/UC environments.  i've led the design and optimisation of secure collaboration environments — from Microsoft Teams to enterprise meeting rooms and hybrid working platforms — supporting high‑stakes spaces such as Board meetings, AGMs, and multi‑site collaboration. I am now expanding my leadership into AI governance and responsible technology, developing capability in ISO/IEC 42001 (AIMS) and the NIST AI RMF to help organisations operationalise AI safely, ethically, and at scale
