A fateful chat over the bar one night, while pouring a pint for an AV manager, started me on my journey to a career in AV. It proved to be life changing chat and I haven't looked back! I started working as an onsite technician where I learned about maintenance, install and end user support, picking up my CTS and a variety of manufacturer certifications in between helping CEOs, lecturers and students use technology to meet their needs. Now I work for an integrator writing tender proposals, ensuring our customers get the high quality and honest service that I expected when I was in their position.
