From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.

With over 20 years of experience in the AV and ELV industries, I specialize in AV system design, installation, management, and integration across diverse sectors, including corporate, education, sports, healthcare, hospitality, and government. My career began in 2003 with the AV team at a 5-star hotel in Lebanon, where I developed a passion for AV systems. I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, as well as CTS-D and CTS-I from AVIXA, blending technical expertise with strong project leadership. I have extensive experience deploying technologies from leading manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and many others, while managing vendors and ensuring seamless integration. Currently, I am part of BLINQ, a division of IMAR Trading and Contracting in Qatar, where I serve as the ELV Projects Manager, focusing on ELV systems and immersive AV solutions. I am committed to continuous learning, staying ahead of industry trends, and mentoring emerging professionals to elevate the AV field

Robert Mathews, CTS-D, is an award-winning design consultant with a distinguished career spanning over two decades in the technology industry. Experienced in Needs Assessment for bespoke design and programming of advanced technology systems, Robert possesses a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and technology leadership aspects of the field. Robert is dedicated to continuous research and self-development to remain at the forefront of state-of-the-art and emerging technologies for Professional Audio Visual, Digital Signage and Collaboration Systems.  His expertise encompasses all levels of the industry, from installation and programming to design, consulting, project management, and education. His proficiency extends to full stack IT, including Artificial Intelligence and Enterprise Cloud specializations, ensuring a forward-looking technology vision. Foremost in his design of new solutions is the understanding of Human Impact to determine the best technological solution sets. Throughout his career, Robert has worked across Europe and the United States on some of the most significant, complex, and challenging projects. He leverages his extensive experience and expertise from numerous award-winning projects to deliver exceptional results.

Presently as Regional Director, AVIXA for India and GCC, I do aspire to support the AV and IT industry with  access to the resources that are most beneficial to the businesses and professional outcomes. My focus will be to bring to the AV/IT community in the region, knowledge and skill development through AVIXA Education, Certification and Training Resources. I look forward to work closely with allied associations, industry groups and professional society in the region with a similar focus.
