On a day-to-day basis my role is to work directly with clients and help them to find the right solutions to make faster, more efficient business decisions and reduce the costs associated with unnecessary travel. I'm offended by bad meeting room design and "false economy" design choices that do nothing but cause issues for end users and undermine key investments.

Greetings! I support enterprise AV infrastructure & event productions for Charter Communications.  With a side of telecom.  I completely love my job as it affords the opportunity to thoroughly explore the depths of an ever-changing technological environment.  I can't believe I get paid to do this.   I gripped for a few years, then earned a BA in Mass Comm from Bama, a CTS, chipping away at CCNP collab, and lately have been working with some video creative types.  My roots are in car audio and even though I'm far from 16, it's still one of my favorite subjects.  I have a thing for bicycles too.
