The restaurant industry has seen a tremendous amount of change over the last few years. Ghost kitchens came and and then they went but now modified mini-substations are sprouting. And with typically 70% of revenue for fast food being generated by drive-thru those big digital menu boards (DMB) digital signage has been amped up another magnitude.
