When I am interviewing candidates for positions at AVIXA, I often receive the question of why I like working here. One of the main reasons is that I value our employees' common goal of advancing and serving the A/V industry. Being united around our mission and purpose is hugely gratifying and I also believe impacts our employee retention. As it turns out, having a purpose and understanding the "why" of various tasks that are part of the job can result in increased job satisfaction and overall happiness.
