I had the privilege of hosting the @AVIXA  APAC Q4 Member Forum 2025, joined by @Marc Rémond and @Congwei Chua , where we explored the theme:
“Community-Driven Growth: Elevating the Pro AV Industry with Innovative Engagement Strategies.”

This session brought together industry professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region to reflect on how authentic collaboration, shared purpose, and innovative engagement can accelerate both individual and collective growth in the ProAV sector.

Key insights from our discussion included:

• Building truly engaged professional communities that go beyond networking to create shared learning and mutual support.

• Leveraging digital platforms to amplify visibility, strengthen professional connections, and encourage consistent participation.

• Balancing personal thought leadership with collective industry development, ensuring that community spaces remain inclusive and valuable for all members.

• Overcoming the challenges of sustaining engagement—particularly across diverse regions, disciplines, and time zones.

• Showcasing success stories where collaborative initiatives translated into measurable brand and business impact.

• Quantifying the long-term value of community-driven programs and ensuring their continued evolution.

A highlight of the session was the demonstration by the AVIXA marketing team, showcasing how AVIXA Xchange can serve as a dynamic ecosystem for thought leadership, collaboration, and professional visibility. It was a clear example of how digital platforms can bridge regional boundaries and cultivate meaningful industry dialogue.

Moderating this forum was both an honor and an inspiration,  a reminder of how collective wisdom and collaboration continue to define the future of the Pro AV industry.
