I chuckled when I saw this article about what one tech company in India is doing to encourage work-life balance for their employees.  It is such a blaringly obvious solution, but seems to be working!  I could certainly use this reminder and threat when working from home! Would this deter you from working longer/later hours or would you use the loophole out?
