Started Journey as Live sound System Engineer For small AV company in 2007. Then join one Dubbing studio and Done Some Movies Dubbing and Music Mixing Till 2008. After 2008 Started working as Freelancer for Audio Jobs as Recording, Dubbing and Mixing engineer for regional language Music and Movies. From 2010 corporate journey Started with Manufacturer of AV Acessories in India. Till 2012 worked as Technical Marketing team Head for the Product developments and Possible solutions for Pro Audio and Video Industry Acessories. After 2013 Started working for Pro Audio Industry Products as BDM for West India. From 2016 Working as Individual Audio, Video and Acoustics Design Consultant for freelance projects across India and in global market.

A CTS with more than 20 years in Pro AV.With credentials including ISO 27001 Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, AVIXA CTS, and service as a member of the AVIXA Standards Steering Committee, I bring a multidisciplinary perspective that spans security governance, systems engineering, AV risk, and operational resilience. I understand AI as a socio‑technical system, where risks extend across architecture, data flows, user behaviour, and integrated AV/UC environments.  i've led the design and optimisation of secure collaboration environments — from Microsoft Teams to enterprise meeting rooms and hybrid working platforms — supporting high‑stakes spaces such as Board meetings, AGMs, and multi‑site collaboration. I am now expanding my leadership into AI governance and responsible technology, developing capability in ISO/IEC 42001 (AIMS) and the NIST AI RMF to help organisations operationalise AI safely, ethically, and at scale

With 14 years of experience in audio-visual system integration, consultancy, and deployment across the Asia-Pacific region, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the region’s unique challenges and opportunities. I’ve had the opportunity to work on large-scale AV and broadcast systems for some of the world’s leading multinational companies, aligning with global standards to support seamless collaboration and productivity across diverse teams and locations. I enjoy crafting practical, user-focused technology solutions, and increasingly draw on AI and emerging tech to improve workflows and outcomes. Outside of work, I teach immersive media as an adjunct lecturer, where I get to share my curiosity and inspire students to explore what’s possible.

Grifiths Zachariah, CTS, is an experienced professional in the Pro AV industry, currently serving as the Associate VP for the EMEAIO Sales and Global Alliancesgion at ClearOne Inc. With a background in electronics engineering and nearly two decades of experience in the industry, Grifiths has worked in various technical, training, project management, and sales leadership roles. This extensive experience has given him a deep understanding of the latest trends and innovations in the field and a passion for sharing his knowledge with others. Throughout his career, Grifiths has worked with various system integration companies and manufacturers, managing large-scale projects and troubleshooting complex systems. This experience has equipped him with the skills needed to deliver high-quality, comprehensive training to AV professionals, focusing on sharing his experience to empower others to succeed in their careers.

As an architect by training (BS Architecture, Cal Poly SLO) and a collaborative technologist with four decades of practice, I’m passionate about mentoring the next generation of AV professionals at the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership. I have been active in AVIXA since 1986 and served on the national board from 1993–2000. I am a Fellow of the Society for Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) and an Associate member of the American Institute of Architects. I serve as Director of Digital Experience Design at Clark & Enersen, a 200-person interdisciplinary architecture and engineering firm, where I lead the planning and design of integrated audiovisual and digital experience environments for higher education, healthcare, and research clients. In parallel, through my personal advisory practice at CraigPark.Company, I counsel AEC and technology organizations on business strategy, collaborative design and delivery, and growth leadership. My expertise spans systems design, integrated building technology planning, and strategic business development. I bring an award-winning, B2B design-thinking approach developed through leadership roles with national AEC and technology firms. Across both institutional and consulting roles, I have led marketing and growth strategy, designed future-ready learning and simulation environments, and helped organizations implement AI-powered tools that scale expertise and performance.

I have many years of experience in the AV industry and have the privilege of leading the outstanding marketing team at Broadfield Distributing. I host Broadfield LIVE Webinars, dealer spotlights, and Liquid Lunch & Learn tutorials—often accompanied by carefully selected craft beers, with New England Hazy IPAs featuring Citra hops being a standout favorite.
