I’m a proud Colombian that loves life, family, friends, music, sports, food, travel, nature & meditation. I have 20+ years of international experience in Sales, Trade Marketing & Marketing in different industries (Technology, Consumer Goods and Textiles). During this time I’ve had the privilege to travel around and also live in different Countries (Canada, India) which has given me the gift to know different cultures and value the relevance of building cross-cultural understanding across nations. As an Information Research Specialist and Digital and Motion Picture Archivist at Los Alamos National Laboratory, I support the NSRC in Digital Collections, which includes the LANL Archives. I have more than six years of experience in media production and services, and a Bachelor of Arts in Moving Image Arts from the College of Santa Fe. I use my skills in digitizing, editing, metadata creation, file management, and customer service to preserve and enhance the historical and scientific legacy of LANL and its customers. I collaborate with archivists, librarians, and technicians to use various digitizing equipment and software, and to deliver high-quality media products and services. I am passionate about Los Alamos and its history, and I am always eager to learn new things and take on new challenges.

I am a professional with nearly 20 years of experience in the corporate AV industry. My expertise includes the commercial area, the design of AV solutions and installations. As my academic background is architecture, I find it easy to design diagrams and projects. Our projects include solutions for videoconferencing rooms, auditoriums and control centers. We work in partnership with the main players in the world market, where through training we can achieve excellence in our solutions.

As AVIXA's manager of editorial content, I bring to the role fifteen years of marketing experience and ten working predominantly in editorial and video content. I've spent many years in the entertainment industry working for Nickelodeon, Lucasfilm, Disney, and even a small theater in the heart of Florence, Italy. I love great stories and finding the right way to tell them. I am also a stop-motion animation aficionado who makes puppets and writes books. And if you have a food-related AV story, I'd love to hear it!
