My career began in 2003 with the AV team at a 5-star hotel in Lebanon, where I developed a passion for AV systems. Technical leadership spans advanced audiovisual ecosystems including digital signage networks, broadcast and media systems, large-format LED environments, video mapping, PAVA and emergency communication systems, intelligent wayfinding, collaboration spaces, lecture theatres, hospitality technologies, and integrated control platforms. Known for bridging the gap between consultants, architects, operators, and technology vendors to ensure cohesive design delivery and future-ready infrastructure. Strong focus on user experience, operational efficiency, scalability, and reliability across complex facilities. Sanjeev is the level-headed and composed CEO of the company. He possesses more than 30 years of experience in the realm of Audio Visual, Computers and Technology. He began his rich career with Metal Box, a British Multinational company. Sanjeev stepped into the IT industry when he began working with the HCL group and continued this stint until the year 1995. The entrepreneurial spirit always ‘lived’ inside of Sanjeev, which finally overtook and he forayed into unchartered territory, in the year '1995', when ‘start-up’ was possibly considered a fad. This decision overshadowed his guaranteed admittance to a couple of completely paid Master’s Degree programs from elite Universities in the USA, and instead he pursued an MBA degree in India. Back in 1995, Sanjeev did not have access to external funding, but he built a company from the ground up with his personal resources and steered the company to acquire a position of a front-runner and beacon, in the AV industry. Sanjeev’s vision and focus are astonishingly coherent. He believes and leads by example, that a robust, agile, trained, and knowledgeable workforce is the only sustainable way to consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders – employees, clients, partners, and shareholders. Such a workforce has the ability, skill, and attitude to consistently deliver best-in-class and state-of-the-art AV solutions. Helping lead the charge of AVIXA's research efforts into the trends and opportunities in the pro AV industry. When not digging into data, speaking and writing about the trends, or discussing where to focus our research efforts next, I enjoy spending time outdoors on walks, hikes or fishing adventures. Though I also have a soft spot for consuming AV content in my DIY home theater, thanks to a love for good audio I get honest from my Dad! 

Presently as Regional Director, AVIXA for India and GCC, I do aspire to support the AV and IT industry with  access to the resources that are most beneficial to the businesses and professional outcomes.
