I am responsible for Global Industry Engagement for AVIXA, including all membership, councils, sponsorships, and engagement programs. Oversee global sales and account management programs including our global partner accounts. Member of Strategic leadership team with involvement in association operational management and product development to meet Member needs and deliver them profitably. This function engages AVIXA ProAV members across all segments and global regions to maximize Association membership growth, member engagement, and revenue.

I have 20+ years of international experience in Sales, Trade Marketing & Marketing in different industries (Technology, Consumer Goods and Textiles). During this time I’ve had the privilege to travel around and also live in different Countries (Canada, India) which has given me the gift to know different cultures and value the relevance of building cross-cultural understanding across nations. In a nutshell, I’m really good at establishing Strategic Alliances and opening international Channels of Distribution in the Latin America & Caribbean Region, using my ability to build long term relationships with customers and peers, strategically deliver results, manage complex situations, and lead multicultural and multidisciplinary teams.

I have 20+ years experience serving AVIXA's members in various parts of the world mostly focused within the Asia-Pacific region. In my current position I'm responsible for AVIXA's Growth and Industry Support in the region and leading a dedicated team of people that share that goal. Audio Visual Subject Matter Expert AVIXA CTS, CTS-D & CTS-I Certified CEDIA CIT, IST, ESC, ESC-D, ESC-T & ESC-N Certified 30yrs of AV design engineering, installation, system commissioning, project management & troubleshooting experience for both commercial and residential AV with demonstrated, extensive competency across a broad spectrum of AV applications, for example; corporate, banking & finance, hospitality, education, medical, government, military, transportation hubs, casino & gaming, performance theatre, live entertainment venues, theme parks, museums, stadia, high-end residential & private cinema, and royal palaces. Global exposure designing & delivering AV projects in 16 countries across the Asia-Pacific and Middle East Regions. Senior Solutions Consultant of HKT in Hong Kong, China. I used to be UC and Call Centre (Voice) consultant for 16 years but shifted the role to AV consultant for another 8 years. Fully experience on AV integrated solution with UC, Networking, Security, WIFI 6, 4G/5G Mobility, Cloud, and even Cabling for different projects from smart building, smart office, smart shopping mall, multipurpose hall, auditorium, lecture theater, centralized control room, even to large outdoor LED wall etc. Aiming for CTS-D now.

Helping lead the charge of AVIXA's research efforts into the trends and opportunities in the pro AV industry. When not digging into data, speaking and writing about the trends, or discussing where to focus our research efforts next, I enjoy spending time outdoors on walks, hikes or fishing adventures. Though I also have a soft spot for consuming AV content in my DIY home theater, thanks to a love for good audio I get honest from my Dad!
