My journey in this field began in 2005 in the Mobile VAS market, encompassing early mobile games and ringtones. In 2011, I founded my first startup, Meetale, one of Italy’s pioneering digital publishing platforms, which the Italian Unitary Writers Association recognized as the most significant in the country. Following a substantial international experience in a collaborative project between India and Italy, I founded dfarm – Digital Transformation Factory in 2019. This network was created to embed digitalization within company processes and teams. My commitment to education led me to start teaching at the School of Management at LUM University in September 2019, using the Learning by Doing approach. Since 2022, I have served as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at Voome.

I am a Ghanaian AV professional with over 10 years of experience as a Broadcast Technician, supported by CDNA and HDNA certifications in Networking Administration. My expertise has been developed primarily through hands-on industry practice, allowing me to understand both technical execution and operational realities within AV and broadcast environments. I am open to mentorship, collaboration, group discussions, and emerging opportunities within the AV industry. My objective is to continually update my knowledge, pursue formal AV certification, and contribute meaningfully to projects and conversations that advance professional standards across regions. As the director of Wave AV, I guide the company’s technological roadmap, focusing on the adoption of cutting-edge solutions and emerging industry standards. My professional journey began with a deep love for music, starting with creating mixtapes in high school and eventually leading to opportunities as a DJ and Producer. This passion for performance and sound naturally evolved into the world of acoustics, where I founded a company focused on acoustic integration. That unique background gave me a foundational understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound, which I've leveraged throughout my career in the commercial audiovisual industry. For over two decades, I've excelled in both sales and project management, specializing in design-build turnkey services. I'm skilled at bringing the right resources together to ensure project success. My philosophy is simple: I work for my clients, and my company/resources work for us—a partnership built on shared success.
