As a skilled AV and Acoustics Engineer, I am dedicated to creating immersive and engaging experiences through technology with an understanding of both the technical and creative aspects of the industry. Sound Control Technologies™ (SCT) manufactures extension and signal processing solutions that deliver Audio, Video, USB, Power, IR, and Control (device dependent), over a single CAT5e/CAT6 link cable up to 100 meters, fully supporting PTZ camera and signal device solutions from Cisco®, Poly®, Logitech®, Panasonic®, Sony®, and others. Our RemoteCam™ solution kits include all interconnect cables, power, and modules (less Link cable) required for typical installations. The RemoteTableKit™ series supports Cisco® and Poly for HDMI, Ethernet/POE, Audio I/O, USB and microphone extension (model specific) over a single CAT5e/CAT6 cable up to 100 meters. SCT also manufactures a variety of on-wall, in-wall recessed and ceiling camera mounts designed to minimize their appearance, leaving only the camera visible whenever possible. Laser cut to contour the base of the camera, our mounts provide the cleanest mounting solution available in the industry. A uniquely simple and clean mounting solution for the Camera-End Module provides cable management and ease of installation. Our series of rack shelves are designed with mounting locations to accommodate the Head-End/Receiver-End Module(s) and power supplies, leaving access to the rack interior for clean and easy cabling while providing ventilation.

I developed an AV Rental & Staging Company from the ground up to the 2nd best in sales in Argentina during the 1990s. Worked as independent Technical Director for major corporate shows.  I have worked with projects all across Latin America during the past 30+ years. For the last 17 years, I have had the privilege of being part of ICIA; InfoComm, now AVIXA, helping the development of our industry in Latin America and the Caribbean. Specialties: Professional Audio Visual Industry in Latin America, Non-Profit Organization, AV Business Development, Technical Direction. Strategic Planning, Product Distribution, and Channel Development.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment and AV industry. I have honed my skills as a versatile sound engineer and a seasoned AV professional. My Career journey stared in the dynamic world of studio recordings and mixing, where I developed a deep understanding of the technical and creative aspects of sound engineering.  Eventually with a transition to the AV industry, I got expertise in pre-sales design and consultancy in the Hospitality, Retails, Stadium, Enterprise, Educational and mixed use spaces.  Honored to be featured in the prestigious "40 under 40 INAVATE APAC 2023"  My mission extends beyond technical excellence. I am committed to support the next generation of AV professionals, offering guidance and mentorship to help them navigate their careers.  In addition to my professional endeavors, I am passionate about promoting mental wellness. I strive to create awareness and provide support for individuals dealing with depression. By focusing on mental wellness, I aim to foster a healthier and more supportive environment for all. 

I am responsible for Global Industry Engagement for AVIXA, including all membership, councils, sponsorships, and engagement programs. Oversee global sales and account management programs including our global partner accounts. Member of Strategic leadership team with involvement in association operational management and product development to meet Member needs and deliver them profitably. This function engages AVIXA ProAV members across all segments and global regions to maximize Association membership growth, member engagement, and revenue.

I have 20+ years experience serving AVIXA's members in various parts of the world mostly focused within the Asia-Pacific region. In my current position I'm responsible for AVIXA's Growth and Industry Support in the region and leading a dedicated team of people that share that goal.
