My career began in 2003 with the AV team at a 5-star hotel in Lebanon, where I developed a passion for AV systems. I hold certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI, as well as CTS-D and CTS-I from AVIXA, blending technical expertise with strong project leadership. I have extensive experience deploying technologies from leading manufacturers such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, and many others, while managing vendors and ensuring seamless integration. Currently, I am part of BLINQ, a division of IMAR Trading and Contracting in Qatar, where I serve as the ELV Projects Manager, focusing on ELV systems and immersive AV solutions. I started in the VA industry in 1997 as a technician with the Aviation mechanic background in Marriott Corporation in NY city. I worked my way to the management level with thousand different trainings by Marriott MVP, Trainex and InfoCom. Managed several Marriott Audio Visual department in Washington DC metropolitan- JW Marriott Hotel , Crystal Gateway Marriott, Sofitel Lafayette square, Ritz Carlton Washington DC. DC Convention Center- Held a position of Projects Manager with The Executive AV Services (NY). Certified HelpDesk Analyst, very much focus on IT/AV teaching career in the IVORY COAST (West -Africa ) in a near future.

At SpinetiX, I drive multichannel comms campaigns and oversee digital marketing, from website management to social media growth. I collaborate in cross-functional initiatives together with the product, support, and development teams to create product documentation.
